Magnolia Greens the community that set off the explosion of growth in the Leland area. Building began in 1996 and encompasses a grand total of 600 acres. The homes quickly sold out.

For family entertainment, there is Jungle Rapids, the Children’s Museum, Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Ferry to Southport.
